What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a guest-focused role where I can lead with product education, sales, and hospitality—while growing through training, responsibility, and organized day-to-day operations in a supportive team environment.

I’m a Beauty Advisor with hands-on experience in retail floor support, sales, and educating customers on products. At Ulta Beauty, I help lead customer-facing support while also handling truck, planograms, and ad sets to keep the store running smoothly.

Before that, I managed guest experiences at Hand and Stone Massage and Facials as a Spa Assistant Manager. I handled sales of gift cards, memberships, and products, supported bookings through confirmations calls, and ensured strong front-desk operations with opening/closing, POS, and appointment coordination.

I also bring experience as a Team Member at Smoothie King, where I worked POS, prepped orders, and supported daily operations like cleaning and inventory-related tasks. I’m energized by training others, building client rapport, and combining hospitality with clear communication to deliver consistent results.
