I've supported customers and store operations at ALDI as a Full Time Store Associate, working as a cashier, stocker, Instacart shopper, and delivery associate.

I fulfilled daily Instacart orders and delivered them on time, communicated about replacements and refunds, stocked pallets keeping expiration dates and FIFO in mind, and ensured accurate register transactions. I also adapted to high-volume holiday, snowstorm, and sports-event rushes while preparing the store for the next shift.

Previously, I handled drive-thru orders, cash registers, food packaging, customer questions, restocking, cleaning, and coworker training at Sonic Drive-In and Subway. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, I have helped many customers who needed my Spanish speaking skills if my coworkers could not assist them. I also bring four years of customer service experience.
