Brian Janicki

I've built HVAC control units, sensor units, heat exchangers, and high-rating three-phase power distributors at Annicom Ltd. My work included hand and flow soldering, enclosure assembly, PCB testing and programming, and following work instructions and BOMs.

At Surrey Space Centre, I worked alongside experienced engineers and helped create a manual for a company developing a standardised nano-satellite radio testing including software and antenna types.

I studied Manufacturing and Design Engineering at HSDC Alton with a mechanical engineering specialty. I've also completed engineering and renewable energy courses covering manufacturing, health and safety, sustainability, and renewable generation.

I'm pursuing aerospace engineering and hold the Craven Brothers Scholarship for Excellence in Engineering. I'm a student affiliate of the Royal Aeronautical Society and bring practical experience with tooling, hand tools, lathes, soldering, and AutoCAD which let me design in manufacture friendly ways as I know what manufacturers would want in designs.
