I am a recent Cum Laude graduate in Economics from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where I honed my skills in data validation, online research, and content curation for AI models. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities, which I have applied in various roles, including as an AI Writing Evaluator and Trainer. In this position, I contributed to the development of advanced AI writing models by evaluating and improving their results for fluency, accuracy, and relevance.

In addition to my academic achievements, I have gained practical experience as a Customer Experience Agent at Alorica, where I handled customer inquiries and resolved issues efficiently. My role involved maintaining a database of licenses and music creators for the Filipino Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, Inc. (FILSCAP), ensuring data accuracy through diligent data entry and record updating. I am passionate about leveraging my skills to enhance AI performance and contribute to innovative projects.
