I am seeking a role that allows me to leverage my nursing expertise while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

I am a professional Registered Nurse with extensive experience in infection control and staff education. Currently, I serve as an Infection Control Preventionist and Staff Educator at Shippenville Nursing and Rehab, where I manage and audit infection rates, conduct staff meetings, and collaborate with administration to implement corrective plans. My role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and risk management, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Previously, I worked as a Practical Nursing Instructor at Lincoln Technical Institute, guiding aspiring LPN students through their clinical and anatomy courses. My background also includes serving as a Surgical Clinical Reviewer at Leigh Valley Health Network, where I coordinated case reviews and communicated with patients for follow-up.
