I am an undergraduate BS Psychology student with practical experience in data encoding and a strong foundation in communication and customer service. I combine academic achievement with hands-on work to support departmental operations and administrative tasks.

During my internship as a Data Encoder with the General Services Department of Mandaluyong City Government, I developed accurate data management, transcription, and digital communication skills. I am proficient in graphic design and social media/email management, which help me present information clearly and professionally.

I am motivated to apply my skills toward academic and organizational goals while growing into higher-responsibility roles. I value attention to detail, reliability, and continuous learning to improve workplace performance.
