What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Nursing Educator or Instructor role where I can mentor and orient future nurses, strengthen clinical competence and critical thinking, and promote clinical excellence using evidence-based practice and patient-safety focused instruction.

I’m a Dedicated Registered Nurse with extensive clinical and leadership experience, with over 8 years across medical-surgical, telemetry, and step-down units, including travel nursing. I’ve served as charge nurse and nurse coordinator, delivering direct patient care for complex populations and adapting quickly to varying hospital protocols and interdisciplinary teams.

I’m passionate about nursing education and committed to fostering clinical competence, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice. Through preceptorship—orienting and mentoring newly hired nurses, newly hired staff, and newly hired travel staff—and my role as a Safety Team Leader, I work to promote clinical excellence, patient safety, and quality improvement while preparing future nurses to be safe, competent, and compassionate.
