What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use IEP-driven instruction, adapt lessons for mild to severe disabilities, and partner with families and support teams to strengthen student progress in a respectful, engaging classroom.

I’m a Special Education Teacher who supports students inside the classroom with physical, emotional, or learning disabilities. I prepare and execute lessons, assess students’ work, and develop and adapt teaching methods that fit each learner.

In my roles at Capstone Academy and Escambia Westgate School, I deliver instructional support by modifying general education lessons to meet mild to severe disability needs. I develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), monitor progress and skill development, collaborate with parents, therapists, counselors, and general education teachers, and provide updates to families to support student success.
