What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead construction projects through preconstruction and delivery—leveraging my estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination—to hit quality, schedule, and cost targets on commercial and public builds.

I’m a construction project management professional with hands-on experience across preconstruction, project estimating, budgeting, and delivery for commercial and public-sector builds. I review architectural and structural drawings, assess constructability and cost impacts, and support bid development with proposals, submittals, work orders, and material procurement plans.

In my State of Missouri role, I managed simultaneous state-funded construction projects valued between $1M and $10M, monitoring budgets, contractor performance, schedules, and compliance. I coordinated across contractors, architects, engineers, and state stakeholders, while completing field inspections to verify quality standards, payroll compliance, and contract requirements.

Earlier, I led roofing work from planning through completion ($10K–$300K), directing crews of up to 30, coordinating subcontractors, inspections, permits, and scheduling, and managing material logistics to prevent delays—maintaining zero safety incidents. My leadership background also includes serving in the Missouri National Guard as a Military Police Team Lead, building experience in high-stress operations and accountability.
