At Faruk Medical City, I designed and maintained Power BI dashboards tracking hospital performance, operational trends, and service-level indicators. I prepared datasets with Excel and Power Query to support management reporting.
I validated automated reports against historical records and earlier reports, helping improve reporting accuracy from approximately 85% to 98% by investigating errors and data mismatches. I also supported backend reporting workflows and trained three new team members.
Before that, at Cyber Gate Company, I configured and supported MikroTik network equipment and worked with Windows Server 2019. I’m currently pursuing a master’s degree in Cybersecurity, building on my bachelor’s degree in Computer Network & Security.
