Business Analyst role. I lead end to end rollouts for new internal products and enhancements. I define the technical approach, vet data sources, coordinate builds, and assist with QA testing.I run user group workshops and turn feedback into features.

SME for our internal fiscal planning tool and our financial models used by General Mills leadership. I partnered with IT leadership and finance to create models, reconcile reports, and improve financial trcking. I led a team that managed KPI accuracy in GCP, tableau, and excel reports. I was also responsible for annual rollouts for these tools at the start of new fiscal years.

I designed analytics solutions using retailer and internal supply chain data, aligning requirements with back end system constraints. I validated SQL and provided feedback to developers to ensure production ready releases. I served as analytics design and capability SME.

I coordinated EDI connectivity/testing (VAN, AS2, FTP) with suppliers and retailers. I was responsible for testing fidelity, ensuring accurate EDI transmission in production. I led workshops where I coached customers on platform usage and EDI syntax. I mentored new hires and co-led weekly open office hours for escalated internal issues.
