I’m an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Big data analytics, Technical support, infrastructure management, and database maintenance. I bring expertise in Data Analytics, user training, IT security, project management, and quality control—always focused on reliable systems and actionable insights.

In my current role as an IT Governance Specialist at Delta Sparkling Beverages, I help align IT processes with the COBIT 2023 framework to improve transparency and accountability. I draft and update core IT policies, facilitate quarterly IT risk assessments, coordinate internal and external audits, and use Power BI to deliver a Governance Dashboard for C-Suite visibility. I also conduct third-party risk assessments to ensure vendors meet organizational security standards.

At Delta Transport Services, I support SAP operations by monitoring and analyzing SAP logs to identify anomalies, performance bottlenecks, and security events. I provide multi-tier IT support (Level 1 & 2), lead IT projects from initiation to closure, and help deliver systems and infrastructure deployments within scope. I’ve also worked across networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls), CCTV installation/configuration, and daily IT administration including backups, access control, and asset inventory.

Earlier, at Nashua Zimbabwe, I delivered end-user technical support and designed user trainings that improved software and IT adoption. I strengthened organizational security through data security protocols, managed backup and disaster recovery strategies, and supported infrastructure maintenance and patch management. Through my Talia Women’s Network Data Analyst Program, I built dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, used KoboToolbox/ODK for data collection (95% data accuracy), and ran trend analysis that improved resource allocation by 15%.
