I’m a data-driven Business Intelligence Manager focused on client success and business intelligence—bridging technical data environments and business users so insights actually get adopted. I translate complex datasets into clear, actionable reporting that improves performance visibility and strengthens decision confidence.

Since Oct 2021, I’ve partnered with senior leaders and commercial teams to investigate data discrepancies, troubleshoot reporting issues, and identify root causes behind performance trends. I design and maintain automated reporting solutions and dashboards, integrate multiple data sources to reveal customer behaviour patterns and retention opportunities, and support planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement through insight-led decision support.

Before BI, I worked as a Business Development Manager (Nov 2017–Oct 2021), delivering structured stakeholder engagement plans and using data-driven analysis to support pricing, investment, and strategic decisions. I monitored performance, proactively identified risks and opportunities, and grew revenue from $1.3M to $5.2M over four years, while serving as a primary point of contact for issue resolution and mutual value delivery.
