I'm looking for a cybersecurity or security systems role where I can troubleshoot enterprise environments, strengthen network security, maintain compliance, and continue building hands-on technical expertise.

At Sensormatic/Johnson Controls, I installed, maintained, and troubleshot enterprise CCTV, EAS, and access control systems while managing hundreds of service calls and meeting SLA requirements.

I've diagnosed TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, subnet mask, and default gateway issues to restore network-connected security systems.
