What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can build rapport, educate customers, represent a brand, and contribute to high-volume operations and engaging in-person experiences.

I've built customer loyalty and product knowledge at Huckleberry Roasters, where I tailor recommendations around seasonal ingredients, dietary options, coffee origins, and brewing methods.

Across Metropolis Coffee, Wilderness Exchange Unlimited, and Movement Climbing and Fitness, I've managed high-volume customer interactions, inventory, merchandising, product demonstrations, and membership conversations. I enjoy making people feel welcome while helping them make informed choices.
