I'm pursuing a Bachelor’s in Interior Design and Architecture at San Francisco State while building more than three years of customer service and retail experience.

At Starbucks Coffee Company, I deliver welcoming service, prepare drinks quickly and precisely, stay current on brewing methods and rotating offerings, and help coach new partners.

I also maintain a clean, safe, and efficient bar area in a fast-paced environment. Previously at Bath & Body Works, I created positive customer experiences through product guidance, seasonal promotions, transactions, and organized store operations.

I'm fluent in Spanish and English and bring strong communication, conflict-resolution, and customer-relationship skills. I'm eager to expand my design knowledge and contribute creativity and communication to a team-oriented workplace.
