At Kato Roofing Inc., I analyze project drawings and specifications to estimate commercial roofing projects remotely. In the past year, I completed more than 200 commercial project proposals, covering new construction and reroofing.

Before that, I was Senior Estimator at Top Roof & Exteriors, where I prepared estimates for flat and steep commercial and residential roofs. I also helped the owners grow the company from a two-person garage operation into one of Calgary’s largest roofing firms.

I began working directly on roofs in 1989 and earned my Red Seal Journeyman Roofer certificate through NAIT. My experience spans roofing installation, inspection, branch management, and estimating, including flat and steep roof systems across a range of materials.
