I manage quantification assignments and budget reviews at Cano Steel, coordinating estimating work and validating submissions before they reach clients. I cross-reference structural drawings and mill material lists to resolve scope gaps on large-scale structural steel projects, including data center campuses.
Across Cano Steel, Abitat, Faber by Kalisch, and Cano Estructuras, I've quantified structural steel, roofing, and cladding scopes and prepared budgets for fabrication, erection, and installation. I've also coordinated schedules, deliverables, RFQs, clients, vendors, and fabrication teams across U.S.–Mexico projects.
My work is grounded in reading structural drawings, material takeoffs for W-shapes, HSS, and AISC profiles, and formula-based Excel workflows for extracting and consolidating estimating data.
Earlier in my architecture career, I developed project and structural design documentation, managed construction permits and licensing, and conducted industrial building and fire-protection field surveys. I bring training in both Architecture and Civil Engineering, and work professionally in English and Spanish.
