At OurTeam, I built a psychometric assessment web application with 20+ REST APIs for candidate workflows. I developed an IRT approximation engine that processes multidimensional forced-choice assessment statements into standardized scores.

At PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, I built and maintained backend services for internal banking applications. I implemented CI/CD pipelines that reduced deployment time from around 30 minutes manually to 1–5 minutes with automated builds and releases.

At PT. Toga Cipta Flora, I led development of an internal ERP system used across finance, operations, and warehouse departments. I also built projects including a RAG document Q&A system and an emotional speech generation prototype.
