Bosherth Chalwe

I’m a Dedicated Registered Nurse and final-year Bachelor of Social Work student with over 3 years of experience implementing HIV/AIDS programs in NGO and GRZ settings. I focus on mobilizing hard-to-reach populations and delivering comprehensive HIV prevention and treatment services, including PrEP, PEP, HTS, and ART, while also supporting adolescent-focused healthcare and youth-friendly services.

In my Clinician roles with the ADVANCE Project, I provide biomedical HIV prevention services alongside Social Behavioral Change Communication (SBCC) in line with national standards. I collaborate closely with Community Liaison Officers and Community Health Workers to assess client eligibility for PrEP and ART, strengthen community-health facility linkages to meet Key Program Indicators, and ensure strong reporting through accurate project registers and weekly/monthly activity reports.
