Chileshe Mpemba

I am a Registered Nurse with experience in both inpatient and outpatient healthcare settings. I graduated from Trinity University Zambia in 2022 and worked at Wellspring Specialty Hospital from May 2023 to June 2025, where I provided comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in patient assessment, medication administration, health education, infection prevention and control, patient monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Working in both inpatient and outpatient departments has enabled me to adapt to fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of patient care and professionalism.

I am passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered healthcare and helping individuals achieve better health outcomes. I take pride in my ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families, build trust, and provide emotional support during challenging times.

My interests include clinical nursing practice, public health, health promotion, patient education, and continuous professional development. I enjoy learning new healthcare practices, expanding my clinical knowledge, and contributing to initiatives that improve the quality of healthcare services. I am highly motivated, dependable, and eager to bring my skills and experience to an organization where I can continue to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and communities.
