Martha Musonko

I am a results-driven Clinical Officer with a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and specialized certifications in Psychosocial Counselling, HIV Management, and Project Monitoring & Evaluation. I combine hands-on clinical experience from a clinical internship with community-level mentoring and health education work.

During my clinical internship I assessed, diagnosed, and managed primary healthcare conditions, performed minor procedures, supported emergency triage, and maintained accurate patient records across OPD, casualty, and inpatient wards. I have also served as a mentor on the DREAMS project delivering psychosocial support, sexual and reproductive health education, and adherence counselling to young women and girls.

I complement clinical skills with administrative experience as a Public Relations Officer handling NHIMA claims, documentation compliance, and client advocacy. I follow regulatory guidelines, maintain EHR integrity, and mentor new staff to ensure quality patient care and operational excellence.
