I lead a team of research analysts supporting clients across the U.S. and Canada, and partner with the Business Analytics Team on location strategy and other real estate analyses. Previously, at NityaCapital, I valued and tracked a multifamily portfolio and prepared investment committee memos for acquisitions, refinancing, and dispositions.
