What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an early childhood role where I can lead EYFS learning, support inclusive classrooms, and build strong partnerships. I want a culture that values structured planning, mentorship, and data-driven progress for children and staff.

I’m a resourceful educator and community-focused professional with experience spanning early childhood education, school operations, and program coordination. I bring a strong track record of collaborating with diverse groups to create safe, structured learning environments.

As an EYFS Lead Teacher at Edu Fun Nursery (United Arab Emirates), I led EYFS curriculum development, assessment and documentation, and inclusive learning strategies within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. I also trained and mentored junior staff, coordinated outreach to strengthen parental involvement, and maintained audit-ready records for regulatory reporting.

Previously, I managed full business operations as Principal and Owner of Faith Kids Academy, where I developed and implemented academic policies and curricula, handled staffing and budgeting, and improved teaching methodologies through staff training. I built partnerships with educational authorities, community organizations, and vendors to support learning resources and school activities.

My earlier roles as a Grade R assistant teacher and teacher’s assistant refined my classroom management and learner-support skills through play-based learning, progress monitoring, and day-to-day routines. I also completed a Project Management Trainee role with the City of Cape Town, supporting schedules, communications, and report writing across community initiatives.
