I am a sincere, diligent, and reliable educator who works well under pressure and takes pride in strong organizational skills. I hold an Honours Bachelor of Education (Educational Management) from the University of South Africa, completed in 2020, and I graduated with Cum Laude from my B.ED (Foundation Phase) at the University of South Africa.
Since April 2013, I’ve built a solid foundation in the Foundation Phase at Pinegrove Primary School, teaching Grades 2 and 3 and stepping into leadership responsibilities as an Afrikaans FAL subject head teacher across multiple years. I teach all four subjects at Grade 3 (English HL, Afrikaans FAL, Mathematics, and Life Skills), manage subject planning, create assessments, worksheets, and workbooks, and support new teachers through shared planning and feedback to HOD.
I also bring a service-minded, detail-focused approach from previous roles, including working as an administrator (debtors and creditors, invoicing, fleet management, and record keeping) and training/licensing as a Flight Attendant. I’m excited by opportunities where I can adapt fast, lead with care, and continuously improve learner outcomes through structured planning and dedicated support.
