Michelle Aspeling

I am a dedicated educator with a passion for children's development and learning. With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, I have honed my skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and fostering a nurturing environment for young learners. My journey began as a teacher assistant at Toad Hall Playschool, where I assisted the head teacher in creating engaging curriculum-based lesson plans and organizing sensory activities.

As I progressed to become the Owner and Principal of Toad Hall Playschool, I embraced the responsibilities of managing staff, mentoring fellow teachers, and ensuring that each child reaches their full potential. My commitment to fostering a collaborative and enthusiastic learning atmosphere has been instrumental in preparing children for their next educational steps. I also currently teach English online to students in China, further expanding my teaching repertoire and cultural understanding.
