I’m an accomplished, results-driven Manager with 14 years of dedicated experience within time-critical logistics and air cargo operations at FedEx. In my current role as Swing Shift Manager, I manage critical evening operations with a focus on the safe loading/unloading of hot spare planes and bulk freight. I oversee aircraft verification, flight coding, inbound/outbound organization, and strict adherence to cold chain freight protocols—while minimizing operational delays through direct nightly feeder ramp operations and tug support.
