At Canary Technologies, I became the first dedicated QA hire and built organization-wide QA processes while helping grow the team to five engineers. I lead quality for check-in products spanning kiosks, auto check-in, payment terminals, and key-encoder hardware, supporting 35+ launches with zero critical defects after release.

I turn QA plans into automated coverage using agentic test generation, Playwright, Python API tests, and automated review before human sign-off. I also expanded GitHub Actions from unit-only checks to unit, integration, and E2E coverage, cutting hourly execution time from 12 minutes to 7 through sharding.

Previously at EkAnek Networks, I led and mentored three QA engineers across eight projects and owned test planning, release readiness, and quality sign-off for Android, iOS, web apps, and websites. My work supported 99.9%+ crash-free rates, 99%+ releases with zero critical defects, and onboarding conversion growth from 3% to 46% during a rapid A/B testing push.

Across hospitality, e-commerce, and publishing, I build automation suites, performance-test APIs, introduce mutation testing, and use AI-assisted workflows to triage failures quickly. I care about making quality visible early so teams can ship confidently.
