I design and plan enterprise storage systems NAS/SAN and Hybrid cloud infrastructure strategies, focusing on resilient, scalable architectures tailored to business needs. I lead cloud migrations from on-prem and optimize services while aligning technology decisions to measurable business outcomes.

I’ve delivered data center modernization, consolidation, and exit strategies—integrating cloud-native services and designing DR topologies to meet RTO/RPO requirements. I create current-state vs. future-state diagrams, roadmaps, and gap/risk evaluations for technology, organization, and infrastructure.

Across Storage and Backup infrastructure, I’ve built multi-region storage and backup solutions and lifecycle roadmaps that translate business requirements into system designs. I apply data governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence using SAFe, ITIL, and robust QA processes.

I mentor teams and partner cross-functionally with enterprise architects, program managers, DevOps, security, network, and vendor/OEM stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. I also strengthen operational governance with standards, SOPs, and observability practices that improve delivery speed and reduce MTTR.
