I’m a real estate administrator with 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting property operations, tenant and landlord relations, and leasing administration across two agencies. I’m known for fast, reliable turnaround, including 24-hour response times to agents and clients.

In my current role at Mapheladi Properties, I manage day-to-day office administration and client coordination across an active residential portfolio. I handle routine tenant and landlord queries directly, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex matters to the right agent.

I also run the agency’s social media and digital marketing, including property listing content and agent profile visibility. I support agents one-on-one with workflow structuring, platform setup, and listing administration so they can focus on viewings and closings.

Previously at PropertyZZ, I supported daily operations through client coordination, document handling, and general office administration. I onboarded agents onto digital platforms and helped structure their follow-up systems, all while keeping response times short and records accurate.
