At PiggyVest, I lead cloud and frontend engineering for a platform serving 5M+ active users, owning deployment, scaling, security, and reliability across GCP services.
I cut the organization’s cloud bill by 40% through rightsizing, autoscaling tuning, idle-resource removal, and committed-use discount planning. I also built a Terraform and GitHub Actions deployment platform that lets teams provision infrastructure and deploy from a single deploy.json in roughly six minutes.
I led the migration of a data-integration platform from an over-provisioned VM to GKE Autopilot, introducing horizontal autoscaling, per-job isolation, Cloud SQL state, and GCS log expiry to eliminate recurring disk failures. I use Cloud Monitoring, uptime checks, Slack alerts, gated deployments, and infrastructure as code to prevent incidents from recurring.
Previously, I built .NET APIs for Stanbic IBTC’s asset-management platform and led frontend teams delivering core-banking, fintech, media, and e-commerce applications. I bring seven years of software engineering experience and four years operating production infrastructure on Google Cloud.
