What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level IT Helpdesk role where I can grow in networking and cybersecurity, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, and deliver reliable Level 1–2 support while collaborating with senior engineers to improve user experience.

I’m an IT Helpdesk Engineer with a Bachelor in Computer and Information Sciences, specialising in Networking & CyberSecurity. I deliver Level 1–2 technical support across multi-client environments, focusing on fast, reliable outcomes with clear communication.

In my current role at CommandIT, I provide remote and on-site support to business clients to help ensure minimal downtime. I troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across multiple systems and environments, and I manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Active Directory and Entra ID.

I also administer Microsoft 365 and Azure tenancies, including domain imports, DNS setup, and SharePoint governance. I maintain system documentation and asset records, and I collaborate with senior engineers on escalations and infrastructure maintenance.

Beyond the technical work, I’m known for attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. I’m committed to continuous learning, and I bring strong customer service and teamwork habits developed from roles delivering professional support in fast-paced settings.
