I’m looking for a hands-on, always-on role where I can own incident lifecycle work end-to-end—observability, alert triage, and root-cause fixes in cloud and production networks—while working async and collaborating across time zones.

15+ years resolving production failures across hyperscale, enterprise, and government environments. Triaged 75+ weekly alerts across a 7-year NOC tenure at CenturyLink. Led a 200+ rack expansion at Roblox supporting 60M+ daily active users. Previously supported classified and unclassified networks at the FBI and Pentagon.

Currently building a production mobile application (React Native, Firebase, Mapbox) — active hands-on experience debugging SSO auth failures, API timeouts, and cloud configuration issues. U.S. Air Force veteran.

Open to technical support engineer, NOC, infrastructure, and developer relations roles. Available to relocating across APAC, European, and US time zones.
