I am looking for a role that fosters employee engagement and supports career growth.

I am an HR specialist with four years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. My journey has equipped me with the skills to foster a positive work environment, and I am eager to leverage my expertise in employee engagement and compliance to contribute to a forward-thinking company.

In my most recent role as an HR Executive at Allianz Services, I managed HR operations for six entities, configuring and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors modules for a workforce of 550 employees. My ability to generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards has been instrumental in driving strategic decisions within the organization. I thrive on collaboration, working closely with HR and IT teams to implement system changes and provide technical support and training to staff.

Previously, I co-founded Hunger Factor, a food brand that successfully partnered with over 50 retail chains.
