Served as a Senior Exploitation Analyst on the DoW national-level CSIRT, investigating unauthorized access, malware infections, and security violations. Applied systems engineering principles to enterprise security architecture and leveraged Splunk and HPArcSight for enterprise-wide security event monitoring.

Designed, deployed, and sustained mission-critical Department of War (DoW) cyber systems, managing a 100+ node VMware infrastructure with full COTS hardware lifecycle responsibility. Authored systems engineering documentation, including configuration baselines, test plans, and STIG-compliant hardening procedures.

Monitored global sensor data collection using enterprise tools, administering VMware infrastructure, SAN storage, and 50+ node virtualized environments. Executed malware behavior analysis, network infection pattern identification, and security risk assessments.

Deployed and maintained advanced mission-critical cryptographic systems across a 100+ node virtualized infrastructure, executing COTS/GOTS baseline reconfigurations. Conducted systems requirements analysis, interface management, and configuration management in accordance with DoW RMF/IA standards.

Served as the Lead LAN, Exchange 2003/2007, and Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) Administrator for approximately 3,000 users, managing a 300+ server datacenter. Engineered enterprise messaging, directory, and virtualization architectures, and supervised a team of 5 system/network administrators.

Provided Tier 3 desktop and server support, maintaining cryptographic and satellite communications systems. Supported systems integration, configuration management, and baseline documentation for cryptographic communications platforms.

Deployed, repaired, and field-tested satellite communications systems, advancing to Field Service Manager for the Southwest Florida region. Performed site survey engineering, installation design, and end-to-end RF link testing and validation.

Deployed telemetry/guidance systems and cryptographic satellite communications, spearheading the deployment of over 450 physical microcomputers for an internal network lab infrastructure. Supported requirements verification, systems integration, and configuration documentation.

Earned the CompTIA Security+ certification in 2016.
