At Meta, I lead end-to-end workforce planning for U.S. organizations of 5,000+ employees, partnering with Finance, HR, Recruiting, and executive leadership on headcount planning, talent gaps, organizational design, and workforce strategy.

Previously at Super.com and Akorbi, I managed forecasting, scheduling, real-time operations, staffing models, vendor performance, and WFM reporting for high-volume contact center and interpretation divisions. At Akorbi, I built the WFM and reporting structure, onboarded 80% of WFM services across divisions, improved SLA 80/30 from 62% to 85%, eliminated penalties, and helped triple revenue in 2023 after improving SLA performance.

Across Conduent and Advensus, I’ve combined workforce management with financial projections, productivity improvement, cost management, staffing forecasts, and operational planning. I’ve also structured and hired a 20-person WFM department, developed in-house talent, and increased account productivity by 25%.
