What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own event execution end-to-end, collaborate with stakeholders and partners, and use Excel/Sheets for tracking and reporting—so I can deliver smooth experiences while learning and scaling impact.

I’m a detail-oriented event leader and graduate who’s hands-on with end-to-end execution—from planning and secondary research to logistics, scheduling, and issue resolution. I’ve led 50+ events and coordinated 50+ venues and vendors, ensuring smooth coordination and a strong client experience for fast-paced teams.

I also bring structured operational and reporting support, using Excel and Google Sheets to handle data tracking, participant lists, and coordination documents. In partnerships, I maintained deliverables and stakeholder communications (including sponsors) to support events with 500+ participants, balancing follow-ups, documentation, and on-the-ground readiness.
