What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to QA in a dynamic technology environment, strengthening both manual and automated testing while helping teams deliver reliable, user-centric web, mobile, and AI products.

At Bajra Technologies, I perform end-to-end QA for an AI voice agent, validating speech understanding, bilingual English and Nepali conversations, tool calling, RAG responses, human handoffs, and real-world call flows.

I've automated regression suites with Playwright, tested APIs with Postman, and measured latency, concurrent call handling, and stability with JMeter and Locust. I also built UI and API test suites for Bajra AI and carried out adversarial voice-agent testing that uncovered prompt leakage, persona override, and multi-tenancy issues.

Previously at Devloops Software Nepal, I tested web, mobile, Flutter, and eCommerce products including Rara Market, Loops Cart, Rewardiz, and FoodieHo. I enjoy working closely with Agile teams to turn requirements into structured test cases, find defects early, and improve release quality.
