Parinita Gautam
@parinitagautam
I test B2B chat platforms through manual, API, and Playwright automation.
NepalWhat I'm looking for
I'm testing B2B chat and support platforms at Brahmabyte Lab, covering customer and admin/agent workflows through functional, regression, UI, and exploratory testing.
I've built Playwright JavaScript end-to-end automation using a Page Object Model for Inbox and Lead Management, while validating REST APIs and backend services with Postman and Newman. I also use Apache JMeter to simulate concurrent agent and visitor activity and identify staging capacity constraints.
I'm comfortable turning business workflows and requirements into test plans and cases, logging and verifying defects in ClickUp, and working directly with developers to validate fixes. I'm continuing to build toward QA leadership, Agile/Scrum, requirements analysis, and project coordination.
