Binayak Dhakal

I’m a telecommunication support professional currently working as a Telecommunication Assistant, where I support communication systems by handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, managing accounts, coordinating customer service and IT, and helping teams ensure smooth operations. I enjoy turning problems into progress through continuous improvement.

Before this, I built customer-facing and operational experience as a Sales and Cashier, assisting customers, selling laptops and mobile accessories, and maintaining store stocks. I also worked as a Cashier at Dragon Mart Pvt. Ltd, where I maintained cash registers accurately and supported inventory management, vendor arrangements, and purchase orders.

I’m also actively strengthening my foundation through my Bachelor of IT in Project Management at Britts Imperial University College FZC (class of 2023). With earlier training in computer engineering and strong communication and problem-solving skills, I’m ready to grow into roles that combine technical troubleshooting, reliable customer support, and organized coordination.
