Billy Scharf

I am a creative technologist and real-time systems designer with hands-on experience building end-to-end realtime motion and LED wall production pipelines for commercials, feature films, games, and live environments. I design camera tracking systems (OptiTrack, FreeD) streamed into Unreal (LiveLink/Aximmetry), configure robotic cinema camera and lens encoding, and develop Unreal environments optimized for color accuracy, low-latency playback, and real-time performance.

I have delivered LED wall productions for sports and commercial campaigns, built mocap pipelines and photogrammetry environments, and created previs and cinematics for feature projects. As an independent experimental visual and music artist, I grew audiences organically through data-driven marketing, built generative motion and sound systems, and achieved significant streaming and view milestones while maintaining strong listener retention.
