I recruit technical, engineering, cloud infrastructure, and mission-critical data center roles, partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning, talent strategy, and recruitment delivery. I handle screening, interview coordination, salary discussions, offer negotiation, and ongoing candidate engagement.

Before that, I supported European and Canadian hiring through end-to-end recruiting and an RPO model at Talent Advisor, APP Stud, and Vanator RPO, and managed US IT recruitment at BSL Consulting and Trinity Global Tech using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and referrals.
