At Markaz Technologies, I took Faisalabad from an unproven operation to the company’s top-performing city nationwide, driving monthly GMV of PKR 125+ million. I own end-to-end supply operations and built a network of 500+ active suppliers.

I redesigned the order lifecycle across pickups, delivery coordination, inventory checks, and assortment planning, improving operational efficiency by 20%+. I also built a supplier performance measurement system to support real-time performance correction.

At Daraz, I launched the Daraz Shop in Faisalabad from zero and owned hub operations end to end. I maintained a 97% customer resolution rate, using Salesforce to manage grievances and inform process improvements.
