I’ve built my career through customer-focused and compliance-focused work, starting as a customer care executive and later handling medical billing and coding with file and data maintaining.

In mortgage banking, I’ve worked across the full workflow—residential and commercial loan boarding, reconciliation, closing, and title search. I’m comfortable handling details that require accuracy and consistency.

As a Compliance Analyst, I’ve supported underwriting full process and performed full search on the entire chain of title, often going back 30–40 years. I’ve also handled single owner search and pre-foreclosure search, using tools like Netro online and metrotitle.com.

I bring an initiative-driven mindset, quick and planned decision-making, and strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. I adapt easily to changing work cultures and enjoy working in teams.
