At IGC Business Holding, I lead strategic direction and operations across education, IT, entertainment, and international human-resource recruitment. I’ve grown annual revenue from zero to USD 180,000, expanded the team from 2 to 52 people, and built four business units.
I supervise seven Kumon schools serving more than 2,500 students and lead projects, KPIs, SOPs, budgets, recruitment, and team development. I combine strategic planning with hands-on operational execution to create structure and sustainable growth.
I’ve developed partnerships and coordinated business activities with organizations in Japan, the USA, and Singapore. I’m open to remote and international Fractional COO, operations leadership, Chief of Staff, and international business consulting engagements.
