I’m looking for a client-focused role where I can resolve inquiries quickly, ensure satisfaction through tailored solutions, maintain accurate records, and collaborate cross-functionally—while continuing to grow in AI training and data annotation quality.

I’m a Client Service Executive who delivers high customer satisfaction through fast, tailored responses. I handle live-chat, email, and calls while maintaining precise interaction records for smooth follow-ups.

At B&BSoft tech, I supported international customers by addressing inquiries and providing detailed product information. I resolved complaints with timely solutions, collaborated with cross-functional teams on complex issues, and identified sales opportunities that increased product adoption.

Before that, as a Client Relation Officer on a government project, I collected and compiled accurate community data while meeting targets and deadlines. I also work as a Data Annotator/AI trainer at RWS, labeling data (text, images, audio, or video) with strong adherence to guidelines, performing quality assurance, and conducting annotation auditing and peer review.
