During my six-year postdoctoral fellowship, I envisioned and established a research program on plants for human health and nutrition, presenting it at national and international research conferences.
In tertiary education, I taught and assessed life sciences across physical and online classrooms, using Moodle LMS and MS Teams. I also contributed to undergraduate course and assessment design and laboratory internships.
I supported postgraduate training through project design, graduate supervision, and curriculum design. My work has included supervising BSc (Hons) and MSc degrees and contributing to science communication for children.
