What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support learners and customers with clear communication, dependable organization, and a team-first mindset—while continuing to grow my skills in education and customer-focused marketing.

I support learning and day-to-day operations with a hands-on, proactive approach. As a Teaching Assistant, I prepare lesson materials for up to 4 classes, assist with classroom management, and provide individual learning support to improve participation and outcomes.

I’ve also strengthened communication and adaptability through childcare and customer-facing work. In private family childcare, I organized daily routines and educational activities for both a 4-year-old and a newborn, while integrating into a non-Portuguese family environment and coordinating schedules to ease parents’ workload.

Earlier, I contributed to business growth through marketing and e-commerce support. I designed 5+ social media campaigns, managed online presence and customer engagement, and supported shift management, inbound logistics, and supplier coordination to improve operational efficiency—bringing structure, responsiveness, and a continuous-learning mindset to every role.
