I’m a results-driven CRM Administrator with hands-on experience supporting enterprise CRM and ERP operations across Sales, Inventory, Finance, Warehouse, HR, and Dispatch teams. I administer CRM users and customer records, manage master data (dealer information, product master data, pricing, operational data), and maintain CRM data quality through regular validation and cleansing.

I also provide first-level functional support by troubleshooting CRM issues, resolving incidents, gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements for enhancements, and coordinating UAT and production deployment verification with software developers. Alongside my role, I’m building Salesforce Administration expertise through Trailhead and hands-on projects focused on Lead Management, Security, Reports & Dashboards, Validation Rules, and Flow Automation.
