I'm currently supporting the TPG and Vocus project at TCS, configuring Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, record types, validation rules, Flows, reports, dashboards, and security settings. I also manage data quality, troubleshoot user issues, support releases, and provide training to improve Salesforce adoption.
Previously, I worked on the Citi Bank project at TCS across the full Salesforce application development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and impact analysis through implementation, unit testing, and bug fixing. I've developed Apex Classes, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, workflows, custom apps, layouts, tabs, and validations while maintaining more than 80% Apex test coverage.
